Queensland has gained two new millionaires overnight as two out of the 11 winners of the $21 million superdraw on Saturday night were purchased in the state.

The hunt is on for the mystery winners, who are unregistered and were yet to claim their prize late on Sunday morning.

Pots of gold: Two lucky Queenslanders are yet to present their winning tickets in Saturday night's $21 million superdraw.

The winning tickets could be hiding in Father's Day card, waiting to make two lucky Queenslanders happy.

Newmarket News and Gifts and The Warana Newsagency were where the tickets were purchased.

The unknown winners will each receive more than $1.9 million which is above the average of $1.48 million for the last six superdraws this year.

The eastern seaboard of Australia was a magnet for winning numbers as five of the winners came from Victoria and four from New South Wales.

The winning numbers were 40, 32, 36, 23, 28 and 7 with supplementary numbers 39 and 41.
